This protein powder has a light and toasty flavour similar to kinako. There is none of the usual unpleasant "protein powder flavour" that is often found in regular protein powders. We use this protein mixed with milk in our Yunomi.Matcha cafe for our protein matcha, hojicha, and genmaicha lattes, the creamy and toasty flavour compliments the teas perfectly!

The sweetness in this protein powder is very subtle and comes from brown sugar instead of artificial sweeteners. The toasty, rich and subtly sweet flavour makes this protein powder easy to drink comfortably as well as use in pancakes, overnight oats, and many other ways.
