Our Curator Program is meant for those tea enthusiasts actively engaged in sharing their love for Japanese tea both online and in-person. We welcome content creators, chefs, bloggers, and tea enthusiasts who want to share their love of Japanese tea in authentic, creative ways, such as recipes, photos, videos, blog posts, or other engaging content.

Rather than creating content solely for the Yunomi website, we encourage collaborators to use our products (tea, matcha, teaware, etc) in your own content — on your website, social media, newsletters, or events — and allow us to re-share it through our platforms with credit (allowing us to introduce you as a Curator).

How it works

• APPLICATIONS to become a yunomi-jp.pro Curator are approved by yunomi-jp.pro based on the applicant's content, follower base, knowledge of Japanese tea, and other criteria that yunomi-jp.pro may determine at any future date.
• BENEFITS
  • DISCOUNT CODE - Upon approval, Curator will receive a special discount code good for JPY10,000 off one purchase (shipping excluded) of products they wish to promote. Follow-up discount codes and/or product may be subsequently sent to Curators. Shipping is to be paid by Curator unless otherwise stated by yunomi-jp.pro (we may send you product to introduce and offer free shipping at that time).
  • SPECIAL PRICING - Curators will also receive special pricing on products.
  • Curators will have special access to training sessions regarding Japanese tea and the products sold by yunomi-jp.pro
  • Curators may receive free products yunomi-jp.pro hopes to promote
  • Using the site's Loyalty Program referral system, Curators can track referrals, earn Reward points, and offer their audience a 20% off discount
  • Curators may also earn Reward points if their content appearing on their social media accounts is reposted to yunomi-jp.pro social media accounts or on specific product pages (invite yunomi-jp.pro accounts as collaborators to make it easier to approve). 2000 bonus per image, 5000 points per video. A carousel containing multiple images may earn a maximum of 5000 points. 
  • No cash payouts - due to increasingly complex tax issues, we are currently not providing cash payouts. Curators who also run a business (including sole proprietorship or freelance businesses) producing content may be approached by yunomi-jp.pro for specially commissioned content.
  • Support for in-person tastings and events. Please contact us to discuss.
• OBLIGATIONS
  • Curators should produce content regularly promoting products they honestly believe their audience would enjoy.
  • Curators have no obligation to promote specific products, only to produce content regularly.
  • Curator grants yunomi-jp.pro the right to repost any content related to yunomi-jp.pro on social media or this online store to earn Rewards points as stated above. Curator may request yunomi-jp.pro take down any reposted content at any time for any reason

Agreement/Policy

• Please ensure that the content you provide, both visual and written, does not infringe on the portrait rights, copyrights, or privacy of any third parties, including individuals appearing in the image or the location where it was taken.
• Photos / imagery taken from this website may only be used to promote the specific product / producer represented. Content from other Curators may not be used without that Curator's express written permission.
• This program may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Curator status may be revoked at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a lack of activity, inappropriate content, etc.
• This program is governed by the laws of Japan.
